OUR POLICIES 

cancellation/no show policy:

Since we have reserved time especially for you, we ask that you please give us a 24 to 48 hour notice if you are unable to honor your reservation.

Please note that we must apply a 50% service charge for reservations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. 

Arrival Policy:

Check-in is fifteen minutes before your first scheduled appointment. Tardy guests may have to sacrifice a part of their treatment time when there is another treatment to follow immediately after.

Professional Policy:

Our staff may terminate treatment when experiencing a clients inappropriate language or action.

Inclement Weather Policy:

We would like to keep everyone as safe as possible, so if our local schools and/or MTU are cancelled due to inclement weather, any appointments that start before noon will automatically be rescheduled. Any appointments that start at noon or after will be at the discretion of the client and the staff.

There will not be any charge for cancelled/rescheduled appointments under these circumstances.

J. Jukuri Spa and Salon Gift Certificates make the perfect gift for any occasion.

Private Spa Parties:

Perfect for wedding parties, birthdays, or just a relaxing day off! To reserve J. Jukuri Spa and Salon for a private spa party, simply guarantee a minimum of 3-4 guests. Each guest will receive a 10% discount on their service (s). Please call in advance to ensure your date is available.

Payments Accepted:

We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and J. Jukuri Spa and Salon gift certificates.
